I have the belle one, great bits of kit! But put a 4meter beam in it and try carrying it around in 6Ē of concrete and you know about it! Beats hand tamp any day!!

I always put a 'rock clause' in any quote, if rock is hit it will cost xxx per day to deal with in addition to the original quote. as you all know rock in any situation is time consuming to deal with!

If people want estimates I just give a day rate and say I'll go as fast / efficiently as I can - simple as really, if you think it will take a week tell them two weeks and they won't be disappointed...

Merc vans have been terrible for years! My joiner has a Vito and that had more rust than white paint and that was at about 6yrs old! Goes back to the whole thing of fleet buyers don't give a crap...

Main issues are the sharp laser cut edges, the paint doesn't take and it rusts from that point, only lightly rustIng which takes a patch off.
Strangely on the 3cx it only went on the loader arms,...
