Re: so basically they're bust

Re: Kub U17-3

I've spent quite a bit of time on a U17. In general I'm not a huge fan of the way Kubotas drive, I find them difficult to grade with across the range but the U17 is a really well designed machine....

Re: Micro digger/tracked dumper

You joke but its not a bad business if you can get your head over how boring it is. Need sub 500 worth of tools and a van to earn a good wage cutting grass trimming hedges etc. minimal risk, easy to...

Re: Micro digger/tracked dumper

I'm selling mine, just over a year old and very well looked after. Probably done around 200hrs. Only reason I'm selling is because I'm getting out of the groundworks game. Machine is virtually mint....

Re: partner k650

My 30 blade is a Jewsons special. I don't want to think what the poor man in Africa is getting paid to find the diamonds for it.
The key with these merchants is to constantly bug them about being...

Re: JCB's current Stable - 1.5-10t

I drove a 100C at the factory day with the 4 way blade and wasn't over the moon with it really. The concept of a tilting blade is great but when angled to one side it changes the angle it digs into...

Re: partner k650

I've bought both expensive and cheap blades for my saw over the years, the expensive ones (around 120) do last much longer than the cheaper ones (around 30) but probably not when you think about...

Re: Citb ..... Omg .... !! part III - the end is nigh!!

So the CITB, one letter of that stands for TRAINING! If they aren't training anymore than what exactly will they be doing?? Their "reform" mainly seems to be a cost saving exercise.

I'm so glad I...

Re: 7-8 ton tracked excavator

Good purchase, you'll be happy with that setup.
I'd stick the old hitch on ebay. If there's anything that sells better than good tidy kit - its worn out shagged rusty stuff. And generally for...

Re: Micro digger/tracked dumper

Seriously, why do I do...

Re: JCB 8015 hydraulic filter

I've had the same problem with those metal curved pipes, they like to leak directly between the pump and the fitting. After tightening them up several times, I discovered the hose below was tugging...
