Sorry i don't understand "we are a non profit organisation" because you make no profit does not mean you cant fund raise in order to help your selves. If your 300 supporters stuck their hands in their own pockets and donated evn just 20 each, not to mention all the teams and parents, you could get in two machines for a fortnight and have a massive amount of work done. I am sure we can all help you even if it it just guidance on this forum, however you show no signs of helping youselves with fund raising, which will make a lot of difference to others that may be thinking of donating. I am sure the local council will help if you get a good case over and why don't you try for a grant from the sports council or the lottery fund.

Believe me we are doing all we can to help ourselves, we have fund raising events planned, we rely on subs and reg fees plus tea & coffee stand run by the mums at matches, scratch-cards on match days as well as a raffle. The 200+ supporters are not exclusively ours so cannot ask them to give us 20! They include the parents and players of the opposition who have their own clubs to fund - i was merely outlining how many people would see any advertising we would put up. We gain money from parents of our players through subs/fees/hot beverages on match day/etc - it is looking further a field now to get funding. As stated previously we are in the process of applying for funds from the Football Association and the Football Foundation but this will be months away. We would like to ideally be able to start using the pitches by Oct/Nov to bring the cost of winter training down as this munches up most of our funds in the bank, paying out over 200 p/c/m for the hire of 3G pitches with floodlighti(that was just for 2 teams - we now have 6) - we will be completely self-sufficient as a club once we get up to the new grounds.

You will need 15 posts to enabel you to private message and post pics....this gives us a chance to find out something about you so we know who were rubbing shoulders with....some new members were rude enough to never post on the open forum but spend all the time pm'ing wich made us feel uncomfortable.
