Hi Kipper , Our lord seans one seemed to work much better than that one . Not that sean seemed to do much with it besides scratch up a few worms for the chooks . Ian .

Thats because mine had a 6 potter transplanded in to replace the 4 potter Ian,i dont think the standard engine was ever powerfull enough to run the 110.

I like the idea of the 110, hydro drive and engine out the back.
Can see in the video that it could do with a bit more hp.

I love the jcb track loaders very much and have fond memorys of them,but saying that from a practical point of view,to have bought one new instead of say a 951 would have been a big mistake,the drive controles on a jcb 110 were not practical at all,great thing to invent and see working but not good for the poor operator.

The 110 i remember working on had a 6 cylinder Perkins, a 6354, i guess.
When you had 10 brand new tracked shovels in the yard, ranging from 100B11 to 175C It made having to drive the contraption even worse. Working on it was a nightmare, as i said before, the bloody trackframes didn't unbolt. Drilling broken roller bolts out upside down is not fun. !!!

That was the 112 or 114 Trax,the 114 was turbo though,i often wonder what jcb whould have done without Perkins
